1. The way teachers take exams has changed a lot.

The assessment of teachers' enrollment has developed from independent enrollment and self-taught examination in schools to unified examination and audit in some provinces (Fujian, Yunnan, Hubei, Sichuan and Shaanxi provinces are provincial examinations), and the examination is organized by the municipal education bureaus. The examination room is randomly arranged, and invigilators draw lots to assign invigilators.

2. Regarding the interview, it is clearly stipulated in the announcements of various provinces, cities and counties that when candidates enter the examination room, they can only tell the interview serial number (the examiner will give the score according to the interview serial number of the candidates), and they are not allowed to disclose personal information such as name, hometown, graduate school, work unit and parents to the examiner. If the name is disclosed, the interview result will be treated as zero.
