When I came to Zhaopin to recruit Guangzhou branch, another MM and a GG who didn't look very handsome registered their names at the front desk, waited in the waiting room, and visited the company environment while waiting. About half an hour, GG at the front desk asked us to go to the next door for an interview. We met one or two students of South China University of Technology who had interviewed together before, and exchanged a few pleasantries. They are 88. When we entered the room, we sat down according to the number. When I met the interviewer, two of the three people had already communicated with themselves and had an interview before, and they were all gentle people. People say that these people all killed people without seeing blood (it turns out that they didn't). The interview is a group interview and consists of two parts: * * *. The first part is group discussion. The interviewer gave everyone a piece of paper with interview questions printed on it. Everyone has 3 minutes to read the questions, 5 minutes to think, and then 2 minutes to explain their views (you can introduce yourself in the interview). After expounding personal views, we will have a group discussion and introduce representatives to speak. What our group got in this link is whether college students choose big cities or small cities for employment. I feel dizzy when I see this question. During the interview with ASUS last month, there was a problem in the debate session, but the psychology quickly adjusted. It doesn't matter anyway. Because of my experience, I immediately wrote a few points on the manuscript paper after reading it, indicating that the university town should choose a big city for employment from both the environment and the individual ... In the stage of personal interpretation, I think it is ok. Then enter the group discussion. In this year, Xuan Ji in our group did very well. Finally, my sister also compromised. After discussion, our group decided to elaborate from two aspects: individual and environment. There are several opinions in almost every aspect, and it feels quite complete. I decisively interrupted the conversation and proposed to choose a representative quickly. Everyone thought Jieyi was good, so they let her do it.
