3. Party A shall be responsible for the delay in the construction period caused by the delay in material supply and payment.

Article 6: Party B's Work

2. Party B's construction team must abide by the relevant regulations of the state and obey the site management arrangement of Party A, so that the construction can be carried out normally.

Article 7: Others

1. In case of any dispute during the performance of the contract, both parties shall settle it through negotiation. If negotiation fails, a lawsuit may be brought to the people's court where the project is located.

2. This contract shall come into effect as of the date of signature and seal by both parties. This contract is made in triplicate, with Party A holding two copies and Party B holding one copy.
