Why didn't Shunyi develop Niulan Mountain in Ma Po?

Shunyi does not develop Niulan Mountain in Ma Po for two main reasons:

1. Traffic factors: The traffic in Mapo and Niulanshan areas is relatively weak, and there is no subway or rail transit, mainly relying on highway traffic. This has greatly limited the rapid development of this area.

2. Investment factors: Due to traffic and regional development, the investment in Niulanshan area of Ma Po is relatively weak. This makes the development of infrastructure construction, commercial development and housing supply in this area lag behind.

Generally speaking, Shunyi's failure to develop Niulan Mountain in Ma Po is mainly influenced by traffic and investment. However, this does not mean that the region will not develop.
