Adult colleges and universities that meet the enrollment conditions should first compile the enrollment professional catalogue by province (including specialty, level, learning form, educational system, enrollment scope, foreign languages, correspondence stations, teaching places, charging standards, etc.). ), Yunnan Admissions Examination Institute organizes candidates to register and fill in their volunteers according to the professional catalogue of enrollment schools; The Ministry of Education determines the annual enrollment scale of adult colleges and universities in each province and relevant departments of the central government with reference to the enrollment situation of each province, and the provincial education administrative departments and relevant departments of the central government organize adult colleges and universities to prepare provincial professional enrollment plans according to the enrollment scale determined by the Ministry of Education and with reference to the enrollment situation of each school. It can be admitted only after it is officially included in the 20 17 National Adult Higher Education Plan. Schools that are not included in the national adult higher education plan for 20 17 years are not allowed to recruit adult higher education students, and institutions that enroll independently do not recognize their diplomas.
