WISCO Heavy Industry Group Metallurgical Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Wu Ye Heavy Industry, formerly Wuhan Metallurgical Equipment Manufacturing Company of WISCO Group) is a production enterprise, which mainly produces metallurgical non-standard equipment, hydropower steel structure equipment, lifting spreader equipment and large steel structure.

Founded in 1954, WISCO is a wholly-owned subsidiary after the development of non-steel industry and the reorganization of machinery and equipment manufacturing industry.

Wu Ye Heavy Industry is affiliated to WISCO Heavy Industry Group, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan and a workshop area of 500,000 square meters. It is one of the large-scale backbone enterprises in metallurgical machinery industry in China, one of the top 500 industrial enterprises in Hubei Province, a member of the compilation unit of acceptance standards for building steel structures in China, and a member of the National Metal Structure Association, Welding Association and Crane Association (the governing unit of Hubei Branch), with Grade B qualification of national steel structure engineering design. The company has more than 30 kinds of products, and has won the honorary titles of scientific and technological progress award and high-quality products awarded by Hubei Province, the former Ministry of Metallurgy and the state for more than 40 times. It enjoys a high reputation in China with many manufacturing achievements such as large blast furnace, sintering blast ring cooler and steel rolling industrial furnace.

Wu Ye Heavy Industry has four divisions (metallurgical environmental protection division, hoisting division, drilling rig division and production guarantee division), with more than 1 100 employees, including more than 100 engineers, more than 20 senior engineers and more than 50 worker technicians (senior technicians).

Wu Ye Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. 1998 passed the ISO9000 quality system certification, obtained the qualifications of crane manufacturing and installation and pressure vessel manufacturing, and possessed the manufacturing license of hydraulic equipment and the import and export qualification of self-operated products.

Wu Ye Heavy Industry owns 1300 sets of processing equipment, and some large, precise and rare imported equipment is responsible for the processing of key processes. In particular, the powerful riveting and welding processing and complete machining, forging, heat treatment and other technological equipment not only meet the production needs of this industry, but also undertake the manufacturing tasks of various large-scale equipment in other industries, with an annual processing and manufacturing capacity of 25,000 tons.
