The concrete truck can't drive into the construction site at all, and the surface of the foundation pit is covered with silt. Once it rains, the bearing capacity of silt layer drops sharply, and piling construction is very difficult. The general contractor will use this as an excuse that there is no condition of three links and one leveling on the construction site, which leads to claims for expenses and time limit. We made a decisive decision and actively organized the local construction unit to backfill the pond slag in the site, which ensured the need of piling construction in the site.

The hardest part is actually in the beginning After three weeks at the site, the general contractor still hasn't arranged for the pile driver to enter the site. It is also true that the general contractor did not receive the official pile foundation construction drawing provided by us, which is not convenient for organizing machinery to enter the site. However, after we provided the blueprint of pile foundation construction on xx, xx, xx, the general contractor still failed to enter the pile frame.
