What procedures do Putian residents need to go through when they travel to Hong Kong?

Personal Travel Endorsement (G) is issued to the applicant for personal travel to Hong Kong or Macao.

There are four kinds of endorsements: once every three months, twice every three months, 1 year and 1 year, and each stay in Hong Kong or Macau is no more than 7 days.

(1) Application conditions:

Permanent resident.

(2) Application procedures:

1. Accepting organ: The application formalities shall be handled by the exit-entry administration department of the district, county (city) public security bureau where the applicant is registered.

2. Submit the Application Form for Mainland Residents' Pass to and from Hong Kong and Macao 1 copy (filled in with pen or signature pen, not ballpoint pen), and submit two one-inch (48mmX33mm) bareheaded optical smooth color photos with a blue background.

3. Submit the original ID card and household registration book (the applicant is under the age of 16, just submit the household registration book; Soldiers only need to submit identification and copies.

4. Holders of valid passes to and from Hong Kong and Macao shall submit their passes to and from Hong Kong and Macao.

5. Persons who have been notified by the public security department to leave the country for the record, who apply for travel permits to and from Hong Kong and Macao and personal travel endorsements to and from Hong Kong and Macao, shall submit their opinions according to the cadre management authority.

Other personnel do not need to submit the opinions of the unit or the police station.

6. Special note: Applicants shall not hold two or more valid passes to and from Hong Kong and Macao at the same time, nor shall they hold two or more valid endorsements to the same destination at the same time.

(3) Cost:

Each round-trip Hong Kong and Macao Pass 100 yuan.

A valid endorsement of each 20 yuan.

Two valid endorsements for each 40 yuan.

(4) Time limit for treatment:

First application for travel permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao and endorsement: 15 working days;

Re-apply for endorsement: 10 working days.

(5) Relevant regulations:

1. With a personal travel endorsement, you can leave the country for Hong Kong and Macao with your personal certificate within the validity period without joining a tour group.

2. Those who apply for personal travel endorsement to Hong Kong and Macao must strictly abide by the Exit and Entry Administration Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant laws of Hong Kong and Macao. Those who violate the above laws will be investigated and punished according to law. For those who violate local laws, illegally reside, illegally obtain employment or cheat during their stay in Hong Kong and Macao, the exit-entry administration department of the public security shall, in accordance with relevant regulations, no longer approve their exit applications within two to five years.

3. When mainland residents leave Shenzhen or Zhuhai port with Hong Kong and Macao Pass, they can apply to Shenzhen or Zhuhai Entry-Exit Visa Office of Guangdong Provincial Public Security Bureau for the same endorsement if they find that the endorsement information on the certificate is wrong.

4. Mainland residents who have lost or damaged their passes to and from Hong Kong and Macao can apply to the Shenzhen or Zhuhai Entry-Exit Visa Office of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department for entry-exit passes to return to the Mainland through China travel agencies in Hong Kong or Macao.

Group Travel Endorsement (L):

Group Travel Endorsement (L) is issued to applicants who participate in group tours to Hong Kong and Macao organized by travel agencies designated by the National Tourism Administration.

(1) There are four kinds of group travel endorsements: once every three months, twice every three months, once every 1 year and twice every 1 year, and each stay in Hong Kong or Macau is no more than 7 days.

(2) Application procedures:
