What materials do I need to apply for a Russian business visa?

When applying for a Russian business visa, different information will be given according to the different requirements of the embassy certification body. The specific information includes the following:

China material

Original personal passport

Original or photocopy of air ticket travel itinerary.

Russian materials

Original invitation letter of Russian company certified by Russian Ministry of Interior.

Print, sign and stamp on the letterhead (the signer must be the legal person on the registration certificate of the Russian Chamber of Commerce)

The title includes: company name, address, telephone number, fax number and other information.

The contents of the invitation letter include: the information of the invitee (name, passport number and position), the purpose of the visit, the duration of stay, the schedule, the payer (travel expenses and medical insurance), the inviter's guarantee that the applicant will return to China on time, the contact person of the inviting company, the name and position of the signatory.

A copy of the registration certificate of the foreign inviter's chamber of commerce that is still valid.

In order to prove that the activities of Russian units comply with Russian laws, it is best to produce at least one copy of the following documents: tax registration certificate, account opening permit, approval certificate, business license, etc.

The original invitation letter of the Russian inviting unit shall conform to the Agreement between the Government of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Government of the Russian Federation on Facilitating Citizens' Exchanges.
