Some of them started the work of NVC, but the documents did not meet the requirements of NVC. They did not receive the conclusion letter, but they were just waiting for the interview letter.

Whether it is a planned immigration application or an unplanned application, the key to arranging an interview is that NVC has ended. If the documents at this stage are not completed, even if the progress has arrived, it is useless. You must wait until all the documents at this stage have been reviewed before you can arrange an interview.

So be sure to spend time processing NVC files. Many applicants will go backwards in the approval stage of NVC, and have to wait for months or even years. This step is especially critical for children who are facing over-age in immigrants.

4. Immigrants pass the physical examination.

Generally, sputum examination requires an incubation period of at least 45 days, and interviews can only be arranged if there is no problem. Most applicants who are required to have a sputum test have good results. But some people have been diagnosed with tuberculosis. If this is the case, it will be more complicated, and it will take about a year to complete the interview after treatment and rehabilitation.

To sum up, "immigration application is scheduled to arrive" does not mean "interview can be arranged". The above four conditions are necessary for the interview of immigration cases, and they are indispensable!
