Yes Chun' an immigrants can come back after going abroad. According to the relevant regulations, foreigners who once held China nationality can apply for the restoration of China nationality with justifiable reasons. Those who have been approved to restore China nationality shall not retain their foreign nationality. The acquisition, loss and restoration of China nationality must go through the application procedures, except as stipulated in Article 9.
