New Zealand immigration policy conditions
Legal basis: Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Exit and Entry Administration.
Article 37 Foreigners staying in China shall not engage in activities that are inconsistent with the reasons for their stay, and shall leave the country before the expiration of the prescribed stay period.
Article 38 Aliens who have reached the age of 16 who reside or stay in China shall carry their passports or other international travel documents with them, or their residence or stay documents, and be examined by the public security organs. Foreigners residing in China shall submit their residence certificates to the public security organs of local people's governments at or above the county level within the specified time.
