Geography of Chenggu county

Chenggu County is located in the southwest of Shaanxi Province, with the south slope of Qinling Mountain in the north, the north slope of Bashan Mountain in the south and the east of Hanzhong Basin. Geographical location: 32 45 ′ ~ 33 40 ′ N; East longitude 107 03' ~ 107 30'. It is 42km wide from east to west and 10 1 km long from north to south. It is adjacent to Hanzhong City in the west, Liuba County in the northwest, Nanzheng County in the southwest, Yangxian County in the east and northeast, and Xixiang County in the southeast.

There are 94 rivers with a basin area of more than 8 square kilometers in Chenggu County. In addition to the main stream and six main tributaries of the Han River, there are 87 rivers with a basin area of 8 ~ 1 10 square kilometers in China. The basin covers an area of 3557.8 square kilometers, of which the domestic area is 2234.438+0 square kilometers. It is divided into several short tributaries, such as Suishui River System, Wenchuan River System, Nansha River System, Yangou River System, Muma River System, Yangxian Shahe River System, Pingba Landscape System, etc. Except Muma River enters Xixiang and Shahe River enters Yangxian County, Suishui River, Wenchuan River, Nanshahe River, Yangou River and some small tributaries flow into the east of Hanjiang River from north to south respectively.
