In accordance with the requirements of the pilot plan, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has established a benefit distribution mechanism with the resettlement compensation and mining area ecological restoration compensation system as the core, supplemented by the grassroots government of the mining area and the public's participation in mining enterprises; it has explored and established a conflict investigation The conflict resolution mechanism includes institutional coordination, three-level risk assessment beforehand, mining police handling during the incident, and mediation by the four major institutions after the incident; it has improved the linkage system between mining environmental governance and mining rights and mining land approval, the minimum mining scale system for mines, and the development of mineral resources. Comprehensive utilization system; accumulated valuable experience in exploring and establishing resource-saving, environment-friendly, and harmonious mining areas. However, there are still problems such as lack of policy guidance, difficulty in organizing and promoting, and lack of incentives. Overall, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has basically completed the pilot phase tasks and is currently actively and orderly promoting the construction of harmonious mining areas throughout the region.
