Why is Shenzhen easier to settle down than other first-tier cities?

Compared with Beishangguang, it can be said that it is too easy to settle in Shenzhen, and there is basically no obstacle to full-time college education or above.

There are three reasons for this:

First, Shenzhen is an open city dominated by immigrants, and it has a high tolerance and acceptance for migrants.
