Why is the population of Finland so low?

The geographical position is not good. Before industrialization, agricultural production was often reduced due to climatic reasons, and many people starved to death, and at most, they could starve to death by one third of the total population. Finally, I entered industrialization. I didn't just have to wait for the weather to eat, but also fought a civil war by myself, and then fought two wars with the Soviet Union, and many people died. Moreover, many Finns have emigrated to other countries. For example, in the 196s, when Nordic countries signed an agreement to move freely, hundreds of thousands of Finns moved to Sweden. Later, the standard of living finally improved a little, and it was out of fashion to have more children. So the population can't grow.
