Julius Caesar 4 has different architectural functions from previous generations.

In the past, when the staff in the building (such as doctors) walked past the house, the house would be affected by the function of the building. If there are too many intersections, it may affect the building function.

Caesar 4' s calculation method is that as long as the building has a road leading to residential buildings and the distance is within a certain range (for example, 100 meters), then the building can achieve its functional purpose.

Buildings have different abilities to cover residential buildings. You can click on a column in the upper right corner of the screen (which says "coverage") to check the coverage.
