The father, mother or legal guardian of the children of migrant workers who graduated from the senior secondary education school in our province must hold a residence permit in Shaanxi Province in addition to meeting the provisions of Article 3, and pay the basic old-age insurance for employees in Shaanxi Province on August 3 1 day of the year of graduation to the college entrance examination.
