If your registered permanent residence was born in the insured city, you can pay 15 years in one lump sum, and then you can start to receive the pension now. However, if your hukou immigrated to the city later, for example, you immigrated to the city at the age of 37, which means that your time in the city is only 13(37 to 50 years old) when you retire, then you can only pay 65,438 years in this case.
