Domestic social security measures after emigrating to Australia

Article 1 Domestic social security measures after emigrating to Australia

1, and domestic payment is less than 15. According to relevant domestic laws and regulations, if the insured person goes abroad to settle down before retirement, the amount stored in his personal account will be returned to the insured person, and the pension insurance relationship will be terminated. However, it is also possible not to surrender.

It is recommended not to return. Some people consider coming back after going abroad, continuing to work in China, and finally supporting the elderly in China. Once you surrender, the payment period will be accumulated again.

2. Domestic payment has reached 15 years.

According to the current policy, after the social security payment reaches 15 years, you can apply for retirement and receive a pension. At retirement age, even if you have the nationality of other countries, you can still apply for retirement and receive a pension in China. At present, China's pension insurance policy does not restrict nationality in terms of pension benefits.

Moreover, living abroad, it is not difficult to receive a domestic pension, and there is no need to return to China to receive it. It is reported that retirees can entrust others to collect them abroad after retirement, and regularly provide life confirmation forms to the social insurance agencies where the pension insurance relationship is located.

To apply for a residence certificate, the applicant only needs to submit an application to the Chinese embassy or consulate in other countries with his/her valid passport, residence permit and retirement certificate, and fill out the Residence Confirmation Form for Retired Persons who have Settled Abroad.

However, after entering a foreign country, China's household registration has been cancelled. When I receive my pension, I lose my bank card and change my bank. How can I provide my identity certificate to renew my insurance? You must consult the social security, finance and other departments where the pension insurance relationship is located to register the change of personal information.

3. What should I do if I really want to surrender?

If you have joined the nationality of another country, then you need to:

The first step is medical insurance: the money in medical insurance can be taken out at one time;

The second step is endowment insurance: this requires printing out the details of individual account payment in the endowment insurance center, then going to the personnel department of the original unit, asking the person in charge to open a special receipt for social security fund and affix the official seal of the unit, and then taking all the materials to the endowment insurance center for review. The endowment insurance center will transfer the money in your account to the original unit account at one time, and then you will go to the original unit to collect the money;

The third step is to apply for "one gold": for the housing provident fund, you only need to cancel the account. Take the documents needed to close the account. After the final approval of the provident fund management center, they will cancel the account and take out all the provident fund in the account.

When surrendering, only the provident fund can be fully returned to the individual, and the pension can only be returned to the individual.
