When did China people find foreigners?

1, China's 5000 years are only said by China people, while foreign countries only say that China's history is 4000 years. Why? The first dynasty in China was the Xia Dynasty, 4000 years ago. Although China is one of the four ancient civilizations, the history of China is not too long. Among the four ancient civilizations, Chinese civilization was formed at the latest.
