Are there many Northeasters living in Guizhou, Hebei? Why?

Accurately speaking, there is a serious outflow of people from small cities and villages in Northeast China. Heilongjiang province is the region with the most serious migrant population in Northeast China. Six of the ten northeast people I met in China were black. In Shenyang, Liaoning, Dalian and Yingkou.
