Where is Chaoshan?

Located in the southeast coastal area of Guangdong Province.

Chaoshan is divided into narrow sense and broad sense. In a narrow sense, it refers to Shantou, Chaozhou and Jieyang. Shantou City, from ancient Jieyang County to Chaozhou Prefecture and then to 199 1 year, belongs to the same administrative region, with the same nationality, geography, blood relationship and culture, so it is collectively called Chaoshan Three Cities.
