6. Authorize the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to designate its Immigration Department as the authority for accepting nationality applications in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Immigration Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region shall comply with the Nationality Law of the People's Republic of China and the above provisions. Handle all citizenship applications.
