If you are a full-time undergraduate with a bachelor's degree, you can calculate points according to your undergraduate course. You need to go to the school's student status management office or file room to write a transcript of your studies that year. If the hours can be converted into full time, there is no problem. You got full marks after four years of work, but you don't know your professional background, age and language, so you can't work out the total score, but it should be no problem to apply for Quebec.
