After a group of pro-American and American-supported chaebols gradually gained control of the discourse, they began actions that they had to repay their favor to the United States or that they had no choice but to obey—South Korea began a comprehensive de-Sinicization movement. However, Korea, which has been infected with Chinese culture for thousands of years, must bear great pain if it forcibly separates itself from the influence of Han culture. A large amount of Korean culture is connected with Han culture.
