Comrade Wang Lixin, Party Secretary and Director, presided over the overall work of the hall. Responsible for the audit work, contact the provincial Beijiang River Basin Administration.

Comrade Cai, deputy secretary and deputy director of the party group, is responsible for the party Committee, personnel, service for retirees, quality supervision and safety production in the water conservancy industry. In charge of the party Committee, personnel department (retirees service department) and supervision department of the organ, and contact the Xijiang River Basin Administration of the province.

Comrade Meng Fan, member of the party group and deputy director, is responsible for water conservancy, rural water conservancy and hydropower, rural revitalization (helping villages and towns) and water supply in Hong Kong and Macao. Comrade Su Qinghong, member of the Party Group of the Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection in the Provincial Water Resources Department and leader of the discipline inspection and supervision team, is responsible for the overall work of the discipline inspection and supervision team in the office. Comrade Shen Hongxing, member of the Party Group and deputy director, is responsible for water conservancy planning, water conservancy construction in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, soil and water conservation, flood and drought disaster prevention, technical support and material reserve. Zhu Jun, the chief engineer, is responsible for the construction and operation management of water conservancy projects and the technical management of the office. In charge of water conservancy project construction department, operation management department, provincial water conservancy and hydropower technology center, guiding the work of provincial water conservancy society, guiding the construction of Gaobei water control project on the Hanjiang River, and contacting the Hanjiang River Basin Administration.
