Article 3 The State protects the lawful rights and interests of China citizens when they leave or enter the country.

The lawful rights and interests of foreigners in China are protected by law. Foreigners in China shall abide by the laws of China, and shall not endanger China's national security, harm public interests or disturb public order. Article 6 The State shall set up entry-exit frontier inspection organs at ports open to the outside world.

China citizens, foreigners and means of transport enter and exit from ports open to the outside world. Under special circumstances, you can leave or enter the country from a place approved by the department authorized by the State Council or the State Council.
