There are two ways to notify. First, you can check the trial progress on the website of the Immigration Bureau, but you need the file number. You can ask your agent for it. As long as you submit the materials, you will have this number. Second, the Immigration Bureau will notify you by email after your application results come out.

Finally, if everything is completed, it will take four to six months to produce results.
