People have lost their Chinese identity cards abroad (Korea). How to reissue them? Please elaborate. Thank you for your advice.

As long as it is proof, it can be reissued, as long as the corresponding evidence is provided and the corresponding procedures are followed. People abroad can only prove their identity with their passports. The ID card is only used in China, so it should never be taken abroad. If you bring it abroad, you can reissue it when you return home. You must go to the police station to reissue your ID card. If a person loses his/her documents abroad, his/her passport will be reissued by the embassy of China in foreign countries, and other documents will be reissued by relevant foreign departments, such as the visa of the Immigration Bureau (landing visa), the student ID card of the school, the driver's license of the transportation department and so on. The evidence needed to reissue the certificate can only be consulted by one department.
