How to apply for public housing in Hong Kong?

Conditions for applying for public housing in Hong Kong:

1. The applicant must be at least 18 years old.

2. Applicants and their family members must now live in Hong Kong and have the right to land in Hong Kong. Their stay in Hong Kong is not subject to the conditions of stay.

3. The total monthly household income and net assets of the applicant shall not exceed the current limit (see photo).

4. The applicant and his family members do not own any residential property in Hong Kong.

5. When allocating housing, at least half of the members in the application form must have lived in Hong Kong for seven years, and all members still live in Hong Kong.

6. If you need to apply, you can find the relevant forms on the website of the Housing Department or get them directly from the Housing Department, and return them to the Housing Department after completing them.
