(4) Mainland residents studying and working in Macao who apply for going to Hong Kong must submit the original entry permit to and from Hong Kong and Macao and the stay endorsement, and submit a copy. Persons employed in Macao must also submit the certificate of going to Hong Kong issued by the Macao employment unit.
