In fact, it is not only in Beijing, but also in major cities all over the country. There are also a few cases of bullying and discrimination against foreigners. It's just that Beijing, as the capital, has been magnified in words and deeds. The resulting empty nest, off-site college entrance examination, Spring Festival travel rush craze and other hot issues in recent years have also had a great impact on the whole country. If this continues, prices in rich places will only rise, resources will be tight, and poor places will be left uncultivated and poorer.

To be honest, Beijing needs foreign workers. On the one hand, the old Beijingers at the foot of the imperial city are always a little lofty and unwilling to do some coolies. Even if I want to do it, I can't stand the "eyes" of people around me. I can't stand it! On the other hand, not all Beijingers are extremely smart and know everything, so they still need outstanding professionals from other places to come to Beijing to "support the construction". Therefore, it is impossible to completely prevent foreigners from entering Beijing, but it is also impossible to let them "run around" everywhere. Whether Beijing really needed them or not, they all came and occupied the positions, houses and places in Beijing, which brought great pressure on resources, transportation and public security. In the long run, the pace of Beijing is getting faster and faster, the pressure is getting bigger and bigger, the price is getting higher and higher, and the pollution is getting heavier and heavier. On the other hand, they say it's Beijing's fault, but who actually started the pupa? It is themselves.

Since we can't do it all, we can't do it all, so we must think about the governance plan. China should learn from foreign labor migration policies. Only when there is a shortage of professional human resources can enterprises introduce foreign workers. Enterprise recruitment should be reported to the local human resources management bureau first, and the recruitment notice should be issued uniformly. According to the job requirements and the number of people, within 1 to 3 months, enterprises are allowed to hire foreign workers only if no qualified locals apply successfully. This will not only ensure that local people have enough employment opportunities, but also control the number of foreigners. It is really unwise to "cancel the temporary residence permit and relax the household registration policy" that has been hotly debated for several years. Temporary residence permit, although it does not play much role in controlling the number of migrants entering Beijing, at least has the "certificate" of people flow and information, which is convenient for management. Once cancelled, it will be a situation of "asking three questions and not knowing"!
