1. The origin of Manchu surnames with the word "Wei":

Manchu names are complicated and often confused. Is Mingzhu Amin Pearl, or is Mingzhu just a name? I don't know if Pearl's son Nalanxingde is a first name or a surname Nalanxingde. If Sony is just a name, why does everyone call him Sawyer? Just like Sony's surname Somnini. In fact, Pearl and Sony are both names, because Manchu people are used to using first names instead of surnames.

Manchu people call themselves by their first names, but they don't give their surnames. But they all have surnames. Most Han people take monosyllabic characters as their surnames, while many Manchu surnames are polyphonic characters. According to the Genealogy of Tongzhi Family in Qing Dynasty, there are 647 surnames of Manchu * * *, of which 3/ 10 is the Jurchen surname discovered in Jin Dynasty, some are named after place names, and some Manchu surnames are Han surnames. During the Qing Dynasty, some Han troops entered Manchuria and became the Eight Banners Han Army. After changing into the flag register, a word "Wei" is usually added to the Han surname, for example, the surname of Chen in Manchuria is changed to Chen Wei, and the surname of Li Wei is changed to Li Wei. After the Mongols perished, some Mongolian surnames became part of Manchu surnames. In other words, the Eight Banners Han Army and the Eight Banners Mongolia were not Manchu originally, and similarly, the Eight Banners Manchuria was not all Manchu. In addition to the pure Manchu, there are some Han, Mongolian, Hui and Korean people in the Eight Banners. In a sense, Manchu is a * * * isomorphism formed by several ethnic groups, and its surnames are not only descendants of Nuzhen, but also Han surnames and Mongolian surnames.

2. The origin of Manchu Taoism;

A Manchu Dow family originated in Shanghai. During the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty, they were sent to Suizhong County outside Guanwai to commit crimes, and by the end of the Ming Dynasty, they had developed into a big family. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, 56 Taos died in battle, and the rest were forced to join the flag (the Eight Banners of the Han Army). After liberation, it was mostly Manchu in the 1980s. The other branch also moved from the south, and was exiled to the northeast in the Ming Dynasty, and lived in Erdaogou, Changbai Mountain, Yisu (Dunhua, Jilin). In the 13th year of Kangxi (1674), he surrendered to the Qing Dynasty and changed his surname to Tao Jia. He was stationed in Shi Jing, Shengjing, Guangning, Yizhou and other places, and was incorporated into the third flag of Manchuria Zhengbai Banner as a hereditary assistant minister. Tao Jia, Mongolian, Huang Zheng Banner, now lives in Chahar. Another Tuoba GUI Luo family (Tuoba GUI, Tuoba GUI Luo Shi) was originally from Xicuo Caogou, Changbai Mountain. In the third year of Kangxi, he moved to Banshigou, Xishan, Guangning, and in the eighth year of Kangxi, he moved to the old station to live in Tunxi. Tuokuo Luojia, Hunjia, Na La Chu Jia, Chu Luojia and Tomojia changed China's surname to "Tao" in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China respectively.
