How long is the certificate of no crime and double certification in China valid in Spain?
According to the provisions of the Spanish Immigration Bureau on the validity period of the crime-free notarization issued in overseas countries in January and June, 21:
1. If the validity period is indicated on the crime-free notarization, the validity period will be the time specified in its documents;
2. If the validity period is not indicated in the notarization of no crime, it will be calculated as the validity period of three months. Under any circumstances, the extension certificate made by the embassy or consular department of the sending country will not be accepted.
regarding this matter, I sincerely remind you to pay special attention to two things:
1. Go through the rooting procedures. When you go to a Spanish institution for the first time to handle the relevant documents, if you go to the consular section of the Spanish Embassy for certification, the documents must be within the validity period, that is, within three months from the notarization date (the issue date of innocence notarization). After being certified by the Spanish Embassy in China, it is not the beginning of a new three-month period, that is to say, the validity period of three months is still counted from the notarization date;
2. After being certified by the embassy within the validity period, the crime-free notarization should go through the rooting formalities or other formalities immediately. However, if due to the reasons of government agencies, such as the need to make an appointment for certification at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the innocence notarization expires because the appointment time is too long, the proof of the appointment time should be submitted at the same time when submitting the application for rooted residence to prove that the crime-free notarization has not expired due to personal reasons.
To sum up, in order to avoid the expiration of the crime-free notarization when it is sent for residence, overseas Chinese are reminded to collect three materials:
1. The receipt of the application for certification at the embassy and the certificate of the end of certification;
2. Proof of appointment with the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
3. Proof of appointment for rooting or other formalities.
Take care of these three materials. In case the notarization of innocence is submitted for residence for more than three months, it can be proved that it is not caused by our own reasons. Without these certificates, it will be rejected on the grounds that the notarization of innocence has expired. Please pay attention.
