Last year, the convening of the county-wide education work conference and the promulgation of the five-year work plan for educational development in Huichang County pointed out the direction for education in our county. It can be said that Huichang's educational development has entered a golden age of improving quality and increasing efficiency and leaping development. As an educator, I deeply feel the glorious mission and sacred responsibility of education. I would like to take this opportunity to talk about my personal views on how to improve the quality of education and teaching.

First, pioneering and innovating, grasping the thin tube, paying close attention to implementation and demanding quality from scientific management.

Management system is the basic pillar of school management system, and it is also the institutional guarantee to ensure the orderly and efficient operation of all school work. Science and innovation are the inherent requirements of management system. With the deepening of education and teaching reform and the continuous advancement of new curriculum experiments, the original management system is difficult to adapt to the new situation and new requirements, so it is imperative to adjust, enrich, improve and innovate the management system. Innovative management system should proceed from the reality of the school, reflect the requirements of scientific and sustainable development, and highlight people-oriented, fairness and efficiency. A good school not only has a perfect management system, but also lies in the fact that these systems can be truly put in place and the faculty members have a strong sense of governing the school according to law. School management should realize three changes in management concept: from extensive macro-management to refined management, from scale expansion to connotation development, from focusing on hardware construction to enhancing the soft power of campus culture; In terms of management methods, it is important to start from the basic grade, from the first day of school, from getting up every day, and from every link; In the form of management, it is in charge of the mouth, responsible at all levels, with people doing things and people doing things, standardized management and scientific development.

It takes 45 minutes, but the efficiency of a class can be expanded infinitely. There is no fixed teaching method, but there is an excellent teaching method. No matter the school leaders or teachers, they should firmly sing 45-minute battle songs and actively explore effective ways of classroom teaching. The wonderful and efficient 45-minute class comes from the careful preparation of 45 minutes before many classes, and also incorporates the reflection and understanding of previous teaching. Only by pouring sweat into every link of teaching can classroom teaching bear efficient fruits. Both "learning before teaching, classroom training" in Yang Si Middle School and "336" teaching experience in Dulangkou Middle School highlight students' dominant position in classroom teaching, and advocate and cultivate the spirit and ability of autonomous learning, cooperative learning and inquiry learning. This teaching mode has brought about subversive changes in the position and function of teachers, classrooms and lesson plans: the position of teachers has changed from "teaching" to "guiding" teachers. This teaching mode is to organically combine the three aspects of "teaching, learning and practice", and improve students' self-study ability and test-taking ability through intense, efficient and orderly classroom teaching, so as to maximize classroom efficiency.

In recent years, with the expansion of school scale, the number of teachers has been increasing, especially young teachers. Teachers are the first resource for the development of education and teaching, and what kind of teachers there are will teach what kind of students. The quality of teachers directly determines the level and quality of education and teaching. Therefore, the school should build a teacher professional development mechanism that conforms to the actual situation of the school and improve the professional level of teachers in an all-round way. We believe that teachers' development can be promoted by implementing the "five major projects". First, implement the three-year all-staff training project to comprehensively improve the professional quality of teachers. At present, the phenomenon of teaching without learning, teaching without thinking and teaching without research is common, and the teaching and research atmosphere is not strong. Teachers often have only two books when preparing lessons, one is a textbook and the other is a reference book. Even if there is a conclusion, it is often difficult for them to have their own ideas and innovations, let alone show their achievements and popularize their experience. We should make a big fuss about research and do a good job. Teaching research should be closely integrated with daily teaching work, closely surrounding the new problems and new situations in teaching and curriculum reform, taking the effectiveness of classroom teaching and students' ideological education as the main content of research, optimizing teaching methods and improving learning efficiency as the main direction of research, taking the optimization and upgrading of topics as the goal, taking the effectiveness of topics as the foothold, unifying thoughts, raising awareness, vigorously advocating research-oriented schools, vigorously promoting teaching research, and striving to achieve everyone's topic, everyone's paper, materialization and experience.

Five, reflect the characteristics, pay attention to taste, improve the function, and demand quality from the cultural construction.

Campus culture is the soul, image and connotation of a school. Campus culture is rich in content, including spiritual culture, material culture, institutional culture and activity culture. The construction of campus culture should be combined with the spirit of the times, the red culture in the central Soviet area and the traditional Hakka culture in southern Jiangxi, reflecting the requirements of the times, local characteristics and school reality. To enrich campus culture, we should constantly expand and enrich school-running concepts such as school purpose, school motto, school spirit, teaching style and study style. Use websites, window, blackboard newspaper, radio, school newspaper and other propaganda tools to vigorously publicize the advanced deeds of outstanding teachers and students and encourage teachers and students to keep forging ahead. Enrich campus culture, and often hold teachers' forums, teaching competitions, special reports, academic lectures and other cultural and sports activities to enrich campus cultural life.
