Can Australian skilled immigrants be nominated successfully after being invited?

Australia/Australia Skilled Migrants Scoring Rules are used for general skilled migrants (including domestic and overseas applications), applications sponsored by Australian relatives for skilled migrants (including domestic and overseas applications) and general skilled migrants in remote areas (temporary).

The scoring rules of Australia/Australia skilled immigrants are not applicable to skilled immigrants sponsored by relatives in remote areas of Australia, but applicants for such immigrants must meet the basic conditions.

Below we will explain the scoring rules of Australia/Australia skilled immigrants in detail:

1. Skills

A.60 points-for the vast majority of occupations that need special vocational training. In most cases, applicants need to have academic qualifications (such as degrees or skill certificates) and relevant work experience to meet the relevant requirements of Australia, and are closely related to the nomination of vocational assessment. In some cases, there is no formal education, only work experience can pass. Must pass the skills assessment of relevant professional institutions in Australia, and have at least 12 months of relevant work experience within 18 months before submitting the application.

B. 50- For most general vocational applicants, they must have an education level equivalent to an Australian bachelor's degree or higher (but the education level is not strictly related to professional nomination), must pass the skills assessment of relevant professional institutions in Australia, and have at least 24 months of relevant work experience in the 36 months before submitting the application).

C. 40- For other general vocational applicants, they must have an education equivalent to an Australian diploma or higher diploma (but the education is not strictly related to the professional nomination), must pass the skills assessment of relevant professional institutions in Australia, and have at least 24 months of relevant work experience within 36 months before submitting the application) * If the applicant has studied in Australia for more than two years, he should submit an immigration application within 6 months after completing the corresponding Australian education (diploma or above), and have recent work experience.

4. Relevant work experience

If the professional nomination score is 60 and you have at least 3 years of relevant work experience within 4 years (10 score).

If the score of the nominated occupation is 40, 50 or 60, at least 3 years' working experience in 4 years (any occupation listed in the list of Australian technical occupations is acceptable) (5 points).

5. Occupational shortage

Job evaluation is a full-time job opportunity (20 points). Please note that the employer offering this job opportunity is required to employ at least 10 full-time employees within 24 months before the application.

Occupation evaluation is a short occupation but there is no full-time job opportunity (15)

6. Education in Australia

At least two years of full-time study in Australia (15).

Complete master's degree or honorary degree (at least Grade 2 or above) in Australia, study full-time for one year, and complete full-time undergraduate study in Australia for at least one year (10).

Full-time study in Australia for at least two years, complete a degree, diploma or skill certificate in Australia and complete two years of full-time study (5 points).

7. Remote areas

Studying and living in remote areas or areas with low birth rate in Australia for at least two years (5 points)

8. Spouse skills

If married, the spouse also meets the basic immigration requirements (5 points).

9, reward score (up to 5 points)
