Jiexiu was named "the hometown of three sages" because of the emergence of three sages: Jiexiu, Guo and Wen Yanbo.

Jiexiu is because there are three sages, namely Jiexiu in the Spring and Autumn Period, Guo, a master of Broadcom Classics in the Eastern Han Dynasty, and Wen Yanbo, who has been in phase for 50 years in the Northern Song Dynasty. They are famous and known as the "hometown of three sages", and many celebrities in past dynasties have a bright future. Influenced by the legacy of the three sages, Jiexiu literati style prevailed.

The development of history

The earliest record of Jiexiu's history in domestic history books is five years of Lu's seclusion in the Zhou Dynasty (before 7 18). At that time, Quwo Zhuangbo cut his wings, and after Jin Dynasty, Yi Ben Sui (now Jiexiu East) was a food city for Jin scholars.

In 636 BC, Jin Wengong returned to China to reward his ministers, but Jietui kept his promise and lived in seclusion with his mother in Mianshan. Jin Wengong burned the forest to seek wisdom, but his son couldn't push out wisdom, so he and his mother died holding the tree. Later, Jiexiu was named after the meson died here.
