How long does it take for mainlanders and Taiwan Province people to get married before they can find a job?
At present, as long as you apply for confirmation according to the pro-process, you can find a job in Taiwan Province Province.
Mainland spouses applying to come to Taiwan can be divided into four stages: reunion, dependent residence, long-term residence and settlement.
If the marriage is completed in Chinese mainland, the spouse of Taiwan Province Province will apply to the service station of the Immigration Department to invite the mainland spouse to come to Taiwan for reunion.
The reunion certificate is a single entry and exit permit, and the stay period of 1 month is issued first. After the mainland spouse passes the interview, the Immigration Department will issue an additional five months, * * * six months.
Apply for reunion and visa
1. Complete marriage registration.
2. The spouse of Taiwan Province Province lives in the mainland for 1 year and has lived in the mainland for longer than that of Taiwan Province Province.
3. Mainland spouses indicated that they did not need to apply for dependent residence.
The validity of the reunion visa is 6 months each time. After returning to the mainland, mainland spouses can re-enter the country within 6 months after going through the next entry visa formalities at the service station of the Immigration Department before leaving the country. Those who have not entered the country within 6 months need to send the original reunion visa to Taiwan Province Province, and relatives of Taiwan Province Province will handle the visa formalities at the service station of the Immigration Department on their behalf, but the total validity period of the reunion visa shall not exceed 1 year.
During the period of applying for family reunion in Taiwan, marriage registration shall be handled.
Mainland spouses who want to stay or settle in Taiwan Province in the future must first apply for family residence. Those who have lived for more than 4 years and lived for more than 183 days in one year may apply for long-term residence. Those who have lived for more than 2 years and lived for more than 183 days in one year may apply for settlement.
