Qiangkuang Reservoir is located in the upper reaches of Weihe River, and the reservoir area is mostly in Wulian County. The dam belongs to Zhucheng, and the irrigation area began in Zhucheng. 195910/kloc-0 was completed on October 26th and August 6th 1960.
