They will feel that they don't need to engage in labor production because the state will provide relief. The most common manifestation is the problem of providing for the aged in rural areas. No matter whether they are poor or not, most farmers hope that their elderly people can be selected into the minimum living security group or five-guarantee families. In this way, they can get benefits from the state, so they don't have to pay for their own pensions. This style of defrauding national poverty alleviation resources exists in rural areas.

With the development of economy, poverty alleviation has entered a new stage, including industrial poverty alleviation, assistance linkage, renovation of dilapidated houses, tourism poverty alleviation, education poverty alleviation, social security poverty alleviation, micro-credit poverty alleviation and so on. Various poverty alleviation projects have provided benefits for rural economic development and poverty alleviation, which is of great significance to rural poverty alleviation. All localities can choose poverty alleviation projects suitable for local development according to local actual conditions. However, when there are too many projects to choose from, they will dazzle you. In some places, instead of choosing projects suitable for local actual needs, they blindly undertake all projects and choose projects with a try mentality, which leads to unreasonable allocation of poverty alleviation resources and extreme waste of resources.

Those who have the ability to work but lack the technical level and mind should be helped in developing ideas and technical training. Then, we should strengthen the education of people who are lazy, love leisure and hate work, help the poor ideologically and encourage them to work actively.
