Can I go directly to Xinjiang to study in the sixth grade when I study in the fifth grade in Sichuan?

If Xinjiang is willing to accept it, then take the acceptance certificate to Sichuan in Xinjiang and then take the transfer certificate to Xinjiang in Sichuan. In other words, schools in Sichuan must get the admission certificate issued by Xinjiang schools to prove that they have not lost their studies. Xinjiang school should get the transfer certificate issued by Sichuan school.
