How are wind power engineers in Europe paid?

How to attract international students working in the European wind power industry? What is the approximate treatment?

To be honest, there are not many Chinese students working in the wind power industry in Europe. Through Wind Energy@China, I know about a dozen of them, spread across various industries. But almost none of these people are specialized in wind energy research. Most of them studied basic majors and only came into contact with the wind energy industry after working. I have never met anyone who really has the opportunity to come into contact with the latest core technologies of wind turbines.

In any case, wages in Europe are much higher than in China. I don’t know about other countries, I’m only talking about Germany. Germany now employs technical R&D personnel generally following the so-called TVoeD, which is divided into 15 different categories based on academic qualifications and technical backgrounds, and each category is divided into different levels based on work experience. Taking a master's degree with 3 years of work experience as an example, it can be roughly classified into 14 categories and level 3, with a monthly salary of about 3,900 euros and 13 months of salary. Project managers are a different matter, many of them do not follow this salary scale. As for the issue of identity, to be honest, most of the good technical staff I have contacted plan to work here for a period of time before returning to China, and identity is not important to them. Germany is theoretically a non-immigration country, and there are strict restrictions and regulations on naturalization. It is not feasible to immediately resolve your status through work.
