Article 23 of the Law on the Application of Laws in Foreign-related Civil Relations stipulates: "The personal relationship between husband and wife shall be governed by the laws of the same habitual residence; If they do not have the same habitual residence, the laws of the same country of nationality shall apply. " Therefore, if the whole family lives in Vietnam, the personal relationship between husband and wife is governed by Vietnamese laws, and if they live in China, they must be governed by China laws.
