Subsidies for rural low-income households to build houses

Rural residents can buy and sell after building a house, but no households can enjoy relevant subsidies when building a house after the transaction. Due to different local policies, the specific provisions of local policies shall prevail.

Rural housing can enjoy government subsidies in four situations:
