Therefore, it should be treated as an international student: either you can apply for three public universities and five polytechnic universities in Singapore. For three public universities, the application conditions are that the college entrance examination score is above 600, IELTS 6.0-6.5, and the average score per semester is at least 75 (IELTS 7.0 is the best national ranking for master's degree). After passing the school examination, the scores of the five universities of science and technology are all above 480, IELTS 5.0.

Self-help study abroad program

4. notarial certificate of the applicant's highest academic diploma (in Chinese and English) and notarial certificate of the applicant's transcript (in Chinese and English)

=> Notarization of results: Please bring your transcripts to the notary office for notarization. If you can't find your report card, please go to the school to get it first, and then go to the notary office.

=> Notarization of academic qualifications: Please bring your diploma to the notary office for notarization.

5. Notary certificate of bank deposit (in Chinese and English)

=> Please go to the bank and tell the staff that you need to apply for a deposit certificate for studying abroad with a term of 6 months. (For example, if you apply for studying abroad on August 6, 2007, the deposit period can be from August 6, 2007 to February 6, 2008). Then send this deposit certificate to the notary office for notarization. We just need your notarized deposit certificate.

6. Parents' professional certificates (in Chinese and English)

=> Please go to your parents' office. Please refer to our English sample preparation. This certificate does not need to be notarized, but to confirm that it is the company's letter signing paper, it must be signed and sealed by the company's leaders. If your parents are retirees or self-employed, ask a friend to help you make a work certificate. It doesn't matter much whether it's true or not. The English translation requirements of professional certificates are not strict. You can try to translate according to our sample application materials, or ask a friend to help you translate.

7. If the applicant has worked, the applicant's professional certificate (in Chinese and English) is required.

=> Please go to the unit where you worked. Please refer to our English sample preparation. This certificate does not need to be notarized, but to confirm that it is the company's letter signing paper, it must be signed and sealed by the company's leaders. The English translation requirements of professional certificates are not strict. You can try to translate according to our sample application materials, or ask a friend to help you translate.

8. If the applicant is married, notarized certificate of the applicant's marriage certificate (in Chinese and English), notarized certificate of the applicant's spouse's birth certificate (in Chinese and English) and notarized certificate of work certificate (in Chinese and English) shall be provided.

=> Please bring your marriage certificate to the notary office for notarization. Please refer to 3 and 6 for others.

9. Go to China Bank, tell the staff that you want to make an international bank draft, and provide the English name of the school and the amount of the draft, and the bank will handle it for you. Please pay attention to check whether the full English name of the school on the draft is correct.
