Investors from China, Viet Nam and India were the top three to get EB-5 visas in the first half of FY24. Especially, nearly 55% of EB-5 visas issued in the first half of fiscal year 2024 were obtained by China applicants, of which more than 2,600 visas were processed in Guangzhou Consulate.

According to the report, in the first half of fiscal year 2024, * * * issued 2,767 EB-5 visas to China applicants, accounting for nearly 55% of the total number issued, with a year-on-year increase of 75%.

Guangzhou Consulate issued 2625 EB-5 visas, a year-on-year increase of 68%. The efficiency of Guangzhou Consulate played a key role in clearing the visa backlog.
