Is it okay to only speak Chinese when going to Singapore?

When I go to Singapore, I can only speak Chinese.

However, it depends on the region. People in the old city basically speak Chinese or Chinese dialects. The older they are, the higher the proportion. Chinese immigrants also mainly speak Chinese. In the workplace, unless companies have relatively close business dealings with China, English is generally used. Chinese is a second language or mother tongue in Singapore.

Singapore tourist attractions:

1. Merlion Park.
