In order to ensure the smooth progress of the Xiquesi Reservoir Project in Renshou County and avoid repeated construction, the county government decided to prohibit new projects and immigrants from the land acquisition scope of the Xiquesi Reservoir Project from April 30, 20021. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.

1. The scope of land acquisition for construction involves two towns, Dahua Town and Heilongtan Town, four villages (communities) 15 group, specifically:

(1) Reservoir inundation affected area: Groups 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Dahua Town Labor Community are below 478.50 meters above sea level and the corresponding backwater inundation area and safe superelevation range. Verify and mark the boundary range of the reservoir affected area.

(II) Hub Project Construction Area: The projects approved and marked by Group 7 of da hua zhen Labor Community occupy the red line of this area.

(3) Other water conservancy project construction areas: The red line area occupied by projects approved and marked by groups 5 of Kaiyuan Community, 6 of Aqueduct Village and 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 and1in Heilongtan Town.

Second, in the above-mentioned areas, without the approval of the provincial government, no unit or individual may build, expand or rebuild projects, develop land, build new houses and other facilities, or plant perennial cash crops and trees. In violation of the above provisions, no compensation will be given when moving, and it will be dealt with in violation of regulations.

3. Natural population growth is implemented in the above-mentioned areas in strict accordance with the family planning policy of Sichuan Province. Except for normal mobilization, marriage, resettlement of retired soldiers, open recruitment of cadres by administrative organs and institutions, and return of released prisoners to their original places, mechanical population growth is prohibited. The population who move in by themselves after the specified time and the population without household registration in the above areas are not treated as immigrants.

Legal basis: Article 17 of the Regulations on Expropriation and Compensation of Houses on State-owned Land. The compensation given by the people's government of the city or county that made the decision on house expropriation includes:

(1) Compensation for the value of the expropriated house;

(two) relocation compensation and temporary resettlement caused by the expropriation of houses;

(3) Compensation for losses caused by expropriation of houses.
