Does the Customs still allow China people to return to China?

China people understand customs mainly because China is not an immigrant country. Although some China people have emigrated in the past twenty years, few foreigners have emigrated to China. The current national conditions and policies will not encourage a large number of foreigners to immigrate to China. Therefore, there is no "immigration bureau" or such an institution in China. Only the Exit-Entry Administration of the Ministry of Public Security, translated into English, is not an immigrant. If English immigrants are translated into Chinese "immigrants", it will be misunderstood for most China people who have never been abroad or are going abroad for the first time.
